8 MONTHS

Well, this week was 8 months on the mish, which is a little cray that I have been out for that 

long but it doesn't feel like that long! 

This week was really good! We had Zone Conference and got to learn a lot! I learned a lot 

about how we need to plan better and just step up. It is so great and I love it so much! 

We are in finding mode hard core and we have found some really promising families. I am 

super excited to spread this amazing gospel! 

Funny thing here is when we drive we see a lot of dead opossums. I just want to see one 

alive. I don't know if that is funny to y'all but they are legit all over the road dead. It's quite 

a sight and just a new thing to see everywhere! 

Well, this week y'all should read Michelle Craig's devotional called "This is My day of 

Opportunity". It is so good and I love it!

Revelation is Legit

This week was so awesome! We have been trying to find like crazy! We have found one new person this week. Her name is Marie and she wants us to come and do a bible study with her and her family! I am stinkin' pumped! It has been a while since we have found someone but, we are going hard and giving it our all in this area! 

We are also doing a lot of service and with that simple thing it has really helped to strengthen our testimony. When we focus outward we feel Heavenly Fathers love for us and it is a way to help us while helping others!

Well... in other news we can talk to our fam bams weekly!! It has been a crazy revelation but it will be so good and it will help so much with missionary work!

I love that, not only is there revelation for our church, but for our lives. As we strive to have the Holy Ghost in our life we can be guided by that same power! How awesome is that, Heavenly Father loves us so much and wants us to talk to him

Congaree round three!

I am still here in Congaree and I love that I am here! 

My new companion is Sister Rencher and she has been out on her mission for 3 months, so I think that is crazy! I am almost at 8 months and that is freaking me out! 

We have been doing a lot with less active members and trying to get them back! We had a game night with a couple of members and my competitive side came out and I think it scared them all a little bit lol! I just really love this ward and how much they treat me like family. I am just continuing to build the relationships and I love it! 

We were able to teach mission prep this week and that was weird! I got to teach future missionaries what it is like to be a missionary and it was awesome! They asked a lot of deep questions and the last one was "what does the Savior mean to you"? 

That is something I would want all y'all to ponder on and really continue to build your relationship with Christ because that is how we will have joy in this life!

Transfers...

I am sorry this is such a crappy email but we are on tablets today so it's all good! 

So, I am staying in Congaree and I am getting a new companion so that will be legit! I am excited!

This week was really good and it was full of ministering. 

We were able to go to Columbia to see a member in the hospital and then got a tour of USC and that campus is so SO pretty! 

Spiritual thought of the week... Satan makes us feel unworthy to pray because then we are in darkness and feel like him. When we pray we are growing closer to God and becoming stronger!
